I am at school today, but will be out tomorrow and Wednesday to stay home and take care of Bexley so that Brad can work. Mitzi Renfro is our sub. She has been with the students before and is great with them. They will continue with all of their studies as normal.
End of the Year AUCTION:
We will have an end of the year auction in the classroom and the students will be using their Class Dojo points as money to bid on items. If you have any new toys or fun things that you would like to donate to the auction, please let me know as soon as possible. Anything fun that your child would like can be included...school supplies, sports equipment, toys, art supplies, etc. I will be taking inventory and packaging things up next week.
The field trip is this Thursday and we will be attending Cat in the Hat at the Nashville Children's Theatre. We will be getting sack lunches from the cafeteria that day, but if your child plans on bringing his or her lunch, please let me know.
Also, please make sure your child wears their gray class t-shirt on that day.
Homework
Your child will continue to have regular homework this week. Please make sure that you are going over this homework with them nightly.
